CONCEALED WEAPONS LICENSE - $60.00
RECORDING FEE - $15.00
COURTHOUSE FACILITIES IMPROVEMENT FUND - $15.00
PHOTO ID - $10.00
TOTAL FOR YOUR PERMIT - $100.00
CLASS FEE - $70.00 (IF NEEDED)
Laws: *You must carry photo ID and Concealed License on your person.
*License is for handgun only, no other type of weapon.
*5 year limit on license (can renew)
*Must be WV resident, 18 years or older.
*NRA Training course (class $66.00)
*Can not be a convicted felon.
*Off limits areas: Court Houses, Family Law Master Office, Magistrate Office, Primary and Secondary schools property including buses, Post office, Any Federal Government buildings, Military compounds, Anywhere a sign is posted for "no firearms".
*You can not carry a loaded long gun in a vehicle, or hand guns with scopes.
*Other states that honor our Concealed License: Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Montana, Virginia.
